Depressant Seeyon®M5112

Depressant Seeyon® M5112 is a composite copper-sulfur inhibitor with a slight odor, chemically stable and suitable for selective inhibition in copper-molybdenum flotation processes. Its optimized active components provide stable reaction and long-lasting performance in pulp under varying pH, concentration, and temperature conditions, ensuring continuous and consistent flotation operations.

Seeyon® M5112 is primarily used as a copper-molybdenum separation depressant. When combined with Seeyon® M5380, it can replace 50%–70% of traditional inhibitors such as sodium sulfide and sodium mercaptoacetate while achieving efficient separation of copper and molybdenum resources. This combination not only enhances metal recovery but also reduces the use of conventional inhibitors, lowering operational costs and risks.

Additionally, the product dissolves easily and can be adjusted according to ore type and flotation conditions to optimize copper-molybdenum separation. Its stable chemical activity ensures minimal reagent fluctuation, guaranteeing reliability and continuity throughout the mineral processing system.
