Seeyon® M5280 Water-Soluble Copper Sulfide Inhibitor — Efficient Copper, Lead, and Zinc Separation for Industrial Applications

Seeyon® M5280 is a water-soluble liquid inhibitor with excellent fluidity, primarily used for copper sulfide suppression in copper, lead, and zinc flotation. It can replace traditional inhibitors such as lime, sodium sulfide, and oxides, achieving efficient separation of copper, lead, and zinc resources. The product appears as a colorless to bright yellow-amber viscous liquid, with pH 6–8, viscosity 600–1500 mPa·s, specific gravity 1.02–1.12 g/cm³, boiling point >100°C, and flash point >70°C, suitable for industrial flotation and mineral processing operations.

Recommended Dosage and Storage Conditions

The recommended dosage is 50–500 g/t. The product is packaged in IBC containers with a net weight of 1000 kg per drum. Storage should be in a cool, ventilated warehouse, kept dry, away from fire and heat sources, with a recommended temperature of 5–35°C, and containers should remain sealed. The storage area should have explosion-proof lighting, ventilation, and emergency spill handling equipment with suitable containment materials to ensure operational safety.
