Seeyon® M5112 Composite Copper Sulfide Inhibitor — Efficient Copper Separation and Industrial Application

Seeyon® M5112 is a composite copper sulfide inhibitor, presented as a brown to reddish-brown liquid with a slight odor. It is primarily used for copper-lead separation, and can be used together with Seeyon® M5380 to replace 50–70% of traditional inhibitors such as sodium sulfide and sodium succinate, achieving efficient copper resource separation. The product has a solid content >40%, pH 8–10, specific gravity 1.2–1.3 g/cm³, and flash point >70°C, suitable for industrial mineral processing operations.

The product is packaged in IBC containers, each with a net weight of 1000 kg, stored in cool, ventilated warehouses, kept dry, and away from fire and heat sources, with recommended storage temperature of 5–35°C. Containers should be sealed, with explosion-proof lighting and ventilation, and the storage area equipped with emergency spill handling devices and appropriate containment materials to ensure operational safety.
