Seeyon® M7012/7022 Frother — High Performance for Polymetallic Ore Flotation

Seeyon® M7012/7022 is a mixed frother composed of ether alcohols, miscellaneous alcohols, and esters. It features excellent frothing performance, brittle and easily collapsible bubbles, and adjustable foam control. The product appears as a colorless to reddish-brown liquid, with active content ≥95%, other components ≤5%, boiling point >100°C, flash point >70°C, and density 0.96–1.12 g/cm³. Its stable performance makes it suitable for flotation of non-ferrous, ferrous, and non-metallic ores, particularly copper, lead, and zinc polymetallic sulfide ores.

Storage should be in cool, ventilated, dry warehouses, away from fire and heat, at 5–35°C, with sealed containers. Shelf life is 12 months, and storage areas should be equipped with explosion-proof lighting and emergency spill handling facilities.
